One of our aims at Jannus Live is to make ticket purchases as customer-friendly as possible. Yes, we use Ticketmaster and, yes, there are service fees for buying tickets through the service. However, we have negotiated the best fees possible and are passing them along to you. Also, you can get tickets with either a very small handling charge at Daddy Kool Records or no charge at all at Detroit Liquors. And stay tuned: We will soon be expanding our indie ticket network.
Some concerts produced by independent promoters do not have tickets available on Ticketmaster. When that is the case, we will provide information or links on how to obtain tickets.
