One of our aims at Jannus Live is to make ticket purchases as customer-friendly as possible. Yes, we use Ticketmaster and, yes, there are service fees for buying tickets through the service. However, we have negotiated the best fees possible and are passing them along to you. Also, we have a small network of indie outlets with either a very small handling charge (Daddy Kool Records) or no charge at all: Detroit Liquors and Pelican Pub. And stay tuned: We will soon be expanding our indie ticket network.
