In 1924 Captain E.T Knight towed a large barge to a small island off Lighthouse Point in Pompano Beach, Florida. On this barge he built the original Cap’s restaurant, which is still open today and has over the years served such famous people as F.D. Roosevelt, Winston Churchill, the Duke of Windsor and numerous other notables.

Cap’s great grandson has decided to carry on the Knight family tradition in the heart of Downtown St. Pete bringing you gourmet recipes that go back more than 50 years.
